The Edge Apartment:

This modern, newly built apartment is situated in Newquay (Edgcumbe Avenue, a quiet residential road) It is in close proximity to the beaches and town centre.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a large double sofa bed in the lounge. It sleeps up to 6 adults. Would suit families and couples.

The apartment is fully furnished, heated and also has a colour TV, Washer/dryer & CD player/radio.

Sorry but we don't allow pets.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

No large party single-sex bookings. Families and couples only.

Bedroom 1:

Master bedroom, sleeps 2 (double bed). Large double patio windows look out to the landscaped courtyard garden at the rear, with access to a small private decked veranda (See photo below)

Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets and towels/hand towels and tea towels)

Bedroom 2:

Sleeps 2 (2 x single beds)

Open plan lounge and kitchen:

Lounge with double doors opening on the private front patio area. Complete with colour TV, digi box, DVD player and video player (a small selection of videos/dvds and cds) CD player/radio. The large, modern corner sofa opens out into a comfy double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a microwave, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and toaster. There is also a dining area.

Thers is also an iron, and ironing board for your use.

Bathroom:

Modern bathroom with Bath and shower. Please bring your own towels.

Patio Area:

Looks out at the front of the apartments. Complete with fold up, portable chairs for use in the warmer months (These are stored in the bedroom cupboard) You are welcome to take the chairs to the beach or out with you for the day but we ask that they are returned.
