Booking Terms and Conditions.
1. A deposit of £50.00 per apartment per week is required for November to March bookings, and £100.00 per apartment per week for April to October bookings.
Deposits should be sent with a completed booking form. The person signing the form will be responsible for all members of the party. A returnable security deposit of £50.00 is required to cover breakage's/damage etc. This is due with the final payment and will be returned by post after the apartment is checked. 2. Payment of the balance of the total cost of the holiday is due six weeks prior to arrival, or in full at the time of booking if within six weeks of the holiday. On receipt of the final payment the apartment key will be forwarded to you.
3. Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit and unless the apartment is re-let, liability for the total cost. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
4. The number of persons per apartment must not exceed six. Only persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the apartments.
5. Please show consideration to our neighbours by not making excessive noise after 10.00pm.
6. Single-sex parties are accepted by prior agreement and a security deposit of £150.00. Please contact us to arrange.
7. All breakages and damage will be charged.
8. The apartment will be available from 2.30 pm on arrival day and it will be appreciated if it is vacated by 10.00 am on departure day.
9. Sorry no pets.
10. This is a non-smoking apartment.
11. We can accept no liability for any injury whilst in or around the apartment or for loss or damage to your personal posessions.
12. Buy signing the booking form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above.
