This holiday apartment is newly built and is available for short breaks and holidays. Open all year round. Situated in Newquay, North Cornwall.

We are just a 5 minute walk from the railway station and a short drive or cab ride away from Newquay Airport.

Sleeps 2 - 6 people. Families and couples only.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Edge apartments, Edgcumbe Avenue, Newquay. There are no stairs to climb.

There is a private front patio with access through the lounge double doors and a communal landscaped courtyard garden to the rear (See photo above)

The apartment is located in a quiet residential avenue just outside the town centre.

Newquay Bay and Tolcarne beach are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The town center is also just a few minutes away on foot, with many bars, restaurants, night clubs, shops and much more.

The apartment is ideally located for some of the best surfing beaches in Britain (book your surfing lessons in advance - details at the bottom of this page) The beaches are all sand, there are also allocated bathing areas. The coastline stretches for miles with breathtaking views.

Newquay is a great location for walking holidays with miles of cliff top walks, beaches and the Gannel River Estuary, with its many species of birds.
