The Edge apartment is situtated on the ground floor (so no stairs to climb!)

Its in a quiet residential avenue in Newquay. We have off road parking for one car. The shops, restaurants and nightlife of Newquay are just a few minutes walk away. We offer a very convenient location for you stay with most of Newquay's attractions within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 2 to 3 minute walk away at the end of the road (please note we don't have sea views)

The lounge:

The lounge has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including TV, DVD, Video player, stereo/cd player/radio, a selection of films and CDs for your entertainment and a good choice of board games.

There is also a large, modern corner sofa that openes into a comfy double bed if needed.

The Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, double oven , grill and hob, as well as all your cooking utensils, post and pans, plates cutlery etc. Fridge and freezer etc.

The Garden:

There is a small decked veranda at the rear, leading off the main bedroom. This is equipped with table and chairs and makes a lovely spot to enjoy your breakfast on a sunny morning.

Dining:

There is a dining table and chairs in the large open plan lounge/kitchen.

Main Bedroom:

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, drawers etc. We provide duvets and pillows. Please bring your own bed linen.

Twin bedroom:

Two single beds and wardrobe, plus drawers for storage. There are also fold away chairs stored under the bed that you are welcome to take to the beach and make use of during your stay.

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom has a bath/shower and sink etc. Please bring your own towels. There is also a washer dryer for your use.
